Our mission at DARO Realty is to provide a positive environment through a commitment to service excellence, thereby preserving and enhancing value. Each DARO employee strives to adhere to this mission in everything that we do, whether it is maintaining a clean and comfortable apartment community for our residents to something as simple as answering the telephone each and every time with a smile. We like to call this the DARO difference!
Our on-site staff consists of Resident Relations, the Maintenance Service Team, Leasing Specialists, Regional Managers, Assistant Managers and the Corporate Office team which is comprised of an Office Manager, an Accounting Assistant, all Directors and the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer.
