For those of us who are fortunate to have found apartments DC for rent in the Northwest district of Washington, DC we are fortunate to have a lot of eating establishments around. Although, I do tend to enjoy the ‘off the beaten’ path type eateries, I need to confess I love BISTRO Bis Restaurant at 15 E. Street, NW. They are hip, sophisticated, designed by award-winning architects, and a modern version of a French bistro.
