A Thoroughly-Good Marshall Performance!

Laurence Fishburne, who won the 2008 Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Solo Performance, and Tony Award-winning actor, reprises his Broadway role in Thurgood as Thurgood Marshall, the first African American to be appointed to the Supreme Court.

Fishburne, also known for roles in blockbuster hits such as, The Matrix, What’s Love Got to Do with It, Boyz in the Hood, and The Color Purple, has been described by the New York Daily News as, “Magnetic,” and he is an actor who “captures the justice’s drive and everyday essence as well as his wry — if sometimes crass–wit.”

Regardless if you own or are one of the many who have searched and found apartments DC for rent, this venue is one of the easier locales to get to in Washington, DC.

Although performances begin in June 2010, you’ll need to get your tickets now! For more information on shows, show times, and prices contact the Eisenhower Theatre, at The Kennedy Center, here.
