Resident Relations (Part Time)
Resident Relations staff are the front line to each property and attend to the general public and each resident. The position is responsible for basic administrative duties and support of site staff. The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, receiving and entering service requests from residents, providing excellent customer service in person and via telephone manner, acting as first responder in case of an emergency and maintaining controlled access of the property.
We are currently recruiting a part-time resident relations person to cover the 8-4 shift on Saturdays and Sundays. This position may float to various properties throughout our portfolio.
